At Linteur, we stand by the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our store and hygiene considerations, we only accept returns in limited cases, as outlined below.
Eligible Returns – Damaged or Defective Items Only
We accept returns only if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

The item is unused and in original packaging
All returns are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. We may require clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used grooming/hygiene products

Normal wear and tear
Return Shipping & Restocking

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a dispute challenge with supporting order and delivery evidence. We’re always happy to resolve issues fairly and directly.
