4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and item weight.

5. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues.

7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including:

  • Full name
  • Correct street number and name
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
  • Correct postal/zip code

We recommend double-checking your confirmation email immediately after purchase.

8. Failed Delivery & "Return to Sender"
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the following options are available:

  • Re-shipping: We are happy to re-ship the order once it has been returned to us. However, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
  • Refunds: If you choose to cancel the order instead of re-shipping, a refund will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as the carrier service was fulfilled.

9. Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Linteur is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
